2. Products and prices

We do our best to show products, colours and sizes accurately, but small differences can occur depending on your screen. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices and availability at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, stock problems or a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. See our Payment Policy.

5. Shipping, cancellations and returns

Processing takes 1-2 business days and total delivery time within Canada is 10-12 business days. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and return costs are paid by the customer. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Payment disputes

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may delay a solution.

7. Use of the website

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or to copy its content for commercial use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photos, graphics and logos, belongs to Marowen Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in Canada, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your province or territory, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
