Prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping within Canada is free.

Ordering

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, stock problems or a pricing error; in that case you receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping takes 9-10 business days, for a total delivery time of 10-12 business days (Monday to Friday).

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Returns and refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer. If an item is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will offer a suitable solution. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your province or territory.
