Track Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and the total delivery time within Canada is 10-12 business days (Monday to Friday).

How to track your parcel

1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Kaye Morris and click the tracking link.
2. Or copy your tracking number and enter it on 17TRACK.
3. Have an account? Sign in to your account to see your orders and their status.

Tracking can take 2-4 business days to show the first scan after shipping.
